If you’ve changed your mind
If you have changed your mind and would like to return the item, then please send us a message via eBay within 14 days after the purchase. We can then advise on the return procedure.
If you are going to return the item by yourself ,we suggest you use a courier that can compensate as we don’t accept responsibility for any items that are damaged or lost during transit. After the item has been delivered back to us in good condition and in the original packaging (unopened) we will then issue a refund in 3 working days. If the packaging is not acceptable or some parts are damaged/ missing, only a partial refund will be issues which we will determine. Please message us the tracking information via eBay once you dispatch the item.
Or, we can collect on your behalf at an extra cost. Collection fee for single items is £49 and for multiple items it is £78 which will need to be paid prior to us arranging collection. This fee is for 1 attempt at collection only. If you the courier confirms collection has failed due to customer not being in or not having the items ready then you will need to make another payment.
If the item is faulty
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please report the fault to us within 7 working days of your order. We would require a photo or video showing the fault clearly we can then send you parts to resolve the problem as soon as possible. If the item is not repairable only then we would send a replacement immediately.
Once you received the item in good condition and you are happy with our products as well as our service, please leave us a positive feedback with 5 star rating. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our products or service, please call/email us before leaving any feedback, we will then do our utmost to solve problem for you.

If you found any damage
This will need to be reported to us within 7 working days of your purchase. We will request a picture or video to prove the item is damaged or faulty along with a part number from the instructions then we will send out the part required. If we send out the part number you request but it is not the correct one there will be a postage charge to pay for us to resend another part. All parts must be requested in the first instance if requested separately there is a postage charge.
Please do not book a plumber in advance – Our items should be installed by a specialist plumber.
We strictly do not reimburse any cost/ invoice of plumber or any other costs due to delayed delivery as delivery is out of our control. So please only book a plumber after you have received the items and have checked they are of satisfactory condition.
Installations and instruction times may vary depending on the skill set of the person fitting it. We are not responsible for time taken but we can provide assistance.
For complete peace of mind, all our shower enclosures and bath screens are accompanied by lifetime guarantee. It means that, on the rare occasion you may experience a problem with our products in future, simply just give us a call and quote your customer ref number or eBay user ID. We will send out a new replacement part immediately.
